Logan Storley had the biggest win of his MMA career against Neiman Gracie at Bellator 274. Storley showed his mental toughness with being rocked in the later rounds but kept composed and continued to throw hooks, jabs.

Beating Gracie in the striking department lead to Storley winning the Bellator 274 headliner & possible #1 Contender Fight.

Think Storley is next in line for a title shot? Or needs one more fight to really prove he’s next?

Neiman Gracie is a top five Bellator Welterweight, One of very few fighters to submit Jon Fitch as the other fighters are Rousimar Palhares, Josh Burkman, and Mike Pyle.

Logan Storley went toe to toe with Yaroslav Amosov in a split decision loss but was a great display of MMA wrestling to the highest level. Definitely Amosov toughest fight to date and Amosov is the Bellator Welterweight Champion with record of 26-0.

Amosov dominated every opponent besides Storley and Ed Ruth. He defeated Douglas Lima, David Rickles, Gerald Harris.

I want the title shot. That’s the No. 4 ranked guy. I fought the champ to a split decision that was only three rounds and had him in trouble at the end of the third. During that fight, I got stronger. I want the title shot. I think a lot of people want to see it, especially if it’s Amosov. Much respect to him, but I’m coming to get that belt.

Scott Coker, Viacom and Showtime wants to build Bellator brand big as possible. Part of that is building stars and Logan Storley is one of them. Marketed exactly like country boy Matt Hughes.

A lot of people can get behind a blue collar gritty guy like Logan Storley.

Wait in Line

Bellator Welterweight Top 4 Fighters are all scheduled. Amosov vs Michael “Venom”Page, Jason Jackson vs Douglas Lima.

Storley can wait for the the loser of the fights possibly fight Lima, Jackson or Amosov.

Second option is next few months after healing up is fight the extremely dangerous Andrey Koreshkov who destroyed Chance Rencountre ribs and lung with one kick.

See what he’s truly made of against of the best Welterweights in the world. Storley defeats Koreshkov than without question deserves a title shot.

I hate to sat this because I say this over and over, We’re gonna go back and then you know we’ll just evaluate you know who’s gonna fight who’s next and then but I can tell you that you know thse guys are definitely working their way toward another title shot and so we’ll see because after the fight in London in May you know then and see what happens next.

Overall Logan Storley is a great fighter and definitely impressed a lot of fans with the Bellator 274 win, Maybe he gets a title shot or has to wait. Either or I’m looking forward to his next fight.
