January 2022 Latest MMA Signings

Professional Fighters League, Bellator, EAGLES FC improving there roster trying to getter than they were last year.

Edwin Cooper JR

Congratulations on the PROFESSIONAL FIGHTERS LEAGUE signing the Jacksonwink Academy prospect, Part of the next generation of Greg Jackson coached fighters.

I really love this signing for PFL even if he doesn’t win a PFL Featherweight title they can really market him into of one of there rising stars as he can defeat some very good Featherweights.

Former IOWA University wrestler, One of the best college wrestling programs in the country. Successful MMA fighter with a record of 5-1 as a FEATHERWEIGHT.

Winning fights for Legacy Fighting Alliance. Taking advantage of his athleticism and wrestling.

Edwin will go against Lance Palmer, Brandon Loughnane, Movlid Khaybulaev, Tyler Diamond, Bubba Jenkins.

Will see how Edwin Cooper Jr really is, Tested against VERY GOOD Featherweights against former champions. However being a former college wrestler is no joke coached by the hardnosed and tough Tom Brands, HEAD COACH Greg Jackson he should be mentally prepared to face any task in front of him.

Wrestling is no joke so I’m very curious how Edwin performs for the Professional Fighters League.

Josh Silveira

LFA Middleweight and LFA Light Hight Heavyweight Champion signed with the Professional Fighters League.

Expected UFC or Bellator to sign Josh Silveria in 2022 but Josh made the best decision for himself.

Congrats to Josh and the PFL from stealing him away from UFC and Bellator. Very good signing as UFC and Bellator need new Light Heavyweights.

Undefeated 7-0 record ALL wins by finish, Knocked out a bareknuckle boxer in Tee Cummins for the LFA Light Heavyweight Title.

Trains down at American Top Team as he’s one of the upcoming fighters coming out of there.

PFL has the million dollar tournament; who doesn’t want a million dollars, you know? PFL also has a season.

Tofiq Musayev

Pumped up that Bellator signed the Rizin Lightweight Grand Prix winner. At one point Tofiq was on a 15 fight winning streak.

Grand Prix final win was against Patrick Pitbull in a dominant performance. Really showed how talented Musayev is when he fought a top five Bellator Lightweight.

He was on the UFC’s radar after that Rizin Grand Prix final win but didn’t get a deal done. Instead Bellator signed the 32 year old Lightweight and can automatically face top 10 Bellator Lightweights.

Training down at Sanford MMA, Definitely help as Henri Hooft and Greg Jones Jr will drop some knowledge on the Azerbaijan.
