Nikita Mikhailov main focus is Russian style wrestling, Hunting down for takedowns, Using the cage or if able to slam his opponent to the ground. Ground and pound until the opponent stands up.
Needs to be more aggressive with pounding his opponents non stop or submit his opponent.
Good fighter but Bellator will only tolerate so much wrestling and lack luster aggression.
He pushes for the ground & pound finishes he easily can make some noise in the Grand Prix.
Upcoming opponent will be his toughest against recent Bellator signee Enrique Barzola.
Barzola has wins against Darrion Caldwell defeating him in his Bellator debut, former wins against Gabriel Benitez, Matt Bessette, Brandon Davis, Bobby Moffett and is a former Ultimate Fighter Winner.

Jornel Lugo vs Danny Sabatello
Most intriguing fight on the Bellator 276 card is Lugo vs Sabatello. Both fighters are VERY GOOD Bantamweight fighters.
Lugo continues to develop into All-Around fighter, Taking advantage of athleticism and quickness.
Reminds me a lot of Neil Magny, Similar body type, Fighting style. Lugo has the potential to be a Bellator title contender as he continues to improve and develop.

Danny Sabatello part of the American Top Team dynasty, Sabatello comes from the Purdue wrestling program. Wrestling in the BIG TEN Division against the best collegiate wrestlers every week.
“If you look at his skillset next to mine I’m away ahead of him. I plan on torturing this guy and beat him everywhere. I never want him to forget the fight he had with Danny Sabatello – and he’s never going to. I want to get in there and inflict pain on him and then finish him in maybe the second or third round.”
Sabatello “Italian Gangster” transferred his Purdue wrestling success to MMA, Winning the Titan FC Bantamweight Title, Contender Series fight and impressed bunch of MMA fans with defeating Brett Johns.
Definitely a talented fighter as Sabatello puts the pressure on you like Colby Covington and sooner than later will be hated. Talks a lot of trash right now but he better back it up against a real tough fighter.
