April 30th, May 1st MMA Prospects to Watch

April 30th and May 1st, Friday and Saturday is filled with talented prospects looking to make a impression on UFC matchmakers and Bellator matchmakers. Watching prospects from LFA, CES, Okatagon, Mexico promotions.

LFA 106

Terrance McKinney former contestant of the Dana White Contender Series 8-3 record at 26 years old. McKinney is a Lightweight prospect, Fought for promotions Conquest of the Cage, Front Street Fights and now making his Legacy Fighting Alliance debut.

McKinney former College Wrestler at Chadron State, Fila Junior National All-American. Junior College #1 wrestler with North Idaho College.

One night changed everything as McKinney and his friends experimented with Mushrooms and LSD, Cops caught them in the act and they decided to flee the scene. Leading to madness as McKinney went through a window. Sent to Ambulance as his heart beat stopped.

“My head went through a window,” McKinney said. “I almost cut my neck off, because I pulled my head back through the glass after I fell through it. I was so overwhelmed by the drugs that I fainted.”

“I honestly didn’t know what happened,” McKinney recalled. “I thought I was still sitting on the couch tripping. It felt like I just woke up from a dream. I didn’t even know how I got to the hospital. I was like, ‘What the heck did I do? I’m at the hospital.’ I was freaking out. ‘What happened?’ I didn’t know what was going on. I had random people’s clothes on and a poop stain from being Tased.”

Life changing moment for the better as now Terrance McKinney can fight for UFC, Bellator 2021. Watch out for McKinney in 2021. Breakout year for him.

McKinney is definitely a talented fighter, Super fast compared to his opponents, Fast hands. Reminds me of a lighter version of Randy Brown.

Cheyden Leialoha

Cheyden Leialoha Hawaii’s #1 Bantamweight prospect 7-2 record at 27 years old. Tough losses to Raufeon Stots and John Castaneda but Leialoha is talented Bantamweight, Opportunity to fight for LFA. Moving up to Featherweight facing Edwin Chavez 4-0.

Cheyden is training partners with Max Holloway at Gracie Technics. Former X-1 Bantamweight Champion.

” I’m excited to give this guy his first loss I feel like he hasn’t fought really any tough competition.”

Michael Morales

21 year old Ecuador Welterweight, Incredibly raw talent. One of the next big prospects coming out of Latin America. 10-0 record already beating up grown men basically as a teenager. This kid will only get better as time goes on. Fighting on UFC Fight Pass will help build his name. Dana White Contender Series will be a scheduled bout soon.

Oktagon 23

Roman Paulus

Roman Paulus 20 years old 3-0 record has a VERY PROMISING Future with Oktagon, Leading to be a headliner for Oktagon in a few years. Roman is a Lightweight prospect from Slovakia who definitely will rise in 2021. Oktagon promoters, His management team schedule Roman least two more times in 2021 to build his name.

Roman not gonna lie reminds me of Rory MacDonald. Very similar fighting style with technical pin point striking, Picking his shots. Body shape is similar as well but Roman’s body will continue to develop as he’s only 20 years old.
