“Jason’s a good opponent. He’s very good, he’s a good striker and he has a good takedown defense,” Gracie said. “I feel that he’s pretty good everywhere, but if I’m able to get the fight where I want and get the positions I w ant on the floor, I believe that nobody in the world is safe. And I can beat any one of them.”

I’m kind of confused myself by the rankings,” he continued, not understanding how he dropped to the #6 spot in the newly unveiled official rankings after the promotion originally had him ranked in the top five. “I’ve just got to fight. I’ve got a big opportunity to fight the number three guy, which I consider number one. And once I beat him, then there’s no more question.”
